Back to School Shoes

Many Immokalee children start off the school year with an old pair of shoes that are oftentimes too tight for their feet.  Families who are struggling to make ends meet cannot always afford to provide their children with new shoes.

For 19 years, the Guadalupe Center has been organizing its Back-to-School Shoe drive in an effort to provide Immokalee's young people with a new pair of shoes to get the school year started on the right foot.  Last year, we were able to provide over 300 pairs of shoes to those in need.  This year, the Guadalupe Center has a goal of providing even more shoes to the children of Immokalee.  Will you help us make sure that each child in need will have new shoes and smiles for their first day of school?  Together, we can make a difference.
